Satisfaction guarantee

ToolQuest prides itself on the quality of our products, and we strive for 100% customer satisfaction.  If you are dissatisfied with a ToolQuest product for any reason, we will gladly provide a full refund for any product returned within 60 days of the original purchase date.

Limited lifetime warranty

Materials and workmanship are guaranteed for the life of your ToolQuest product.

Your exclusive remedy under this limited warranty is repair or replacement of the product, at our option.  This warranty does not cover unauthorized repairs or service to products, wear from normal use, use not in conformity with the published directions, or damage to the product resulting from accident, alteration, abuse, or misuse. This warranty extends only to the original consumer purchaser or gift recipient, and is not transferable.

To return a product

For a return authorization and instructions, email a description of the problem to support@toolquest.net.

To qualify for a full refund, returned merchandise must be in the original packaging and include all components.  ToolQuest will credit your original payment method after we receive and process the returned merchandise.

If an item was damaged or defective when received, ToolQuest will provide you with a prepaid return-shipping label or reimburse you for reasonable return-shipping costs.  Otherwise, return-shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.  Please package returned merchandise such that it is properly protected against shipping damage.  ToolQuest is not responsible for shipping damages or for lost or stolen mail, so shipping insurance may be advisable.  If the returned product qualifies for a warranty repair or replacement, we will ship that to you at our expense.
